Thank you for your trust in using Biznet service.
As part of our efforts to continue providing the best service and improve our service quality for customers, we will conduct Biznet Billing System Migration to a new system. During the upgrading process, we will apply Freeze Period from 18 May 2018 at 00:00 - 20 May 2018 at 23:59, which will impact services below:
1. Automatic Expiration Extention
For customers with service period that ends on 18 May 2018 - 21 May 2018, the active period of your service will be extended automatically and your service period will end on 22 May 2018.
2. New Service Registration
During Freeze Period, new service registration and installation process will be stopped temporarily, including for services below:
- Biznet Dedicated & Datacomm
- Biznet Metronet
- Biznet Home
3. Service Change
During Freeze Period we cannot process service change requests.
4. Prepaid Service Payment (Biznet Home & Biznet Metronet)
During Freeze Period, customers cannot make payment for their service. For customers’ service period that ends between 18 May 2018 – 21 May 2018, we recommend you to make payment prior to that date. For more information about online payment method, please visit Biznet Payment Method page.
5. Service Relocation
During Freeze Period we cannot process service change and relocation processes.
6. Service Restitution
For customers who received restitutions due to network disruption that occurred in May 2018, we will accumulate the restitution in June 2018 and will make adjustment to customers’ service billing in July 2018.
7. Service Termination
During Freeze Period, we cannot process service termination requests.
All services will resume back to normal starting from 21 May 2018.
